Stub. Contrasting secure multiparty computation with game-theoretic solution concepts, and the two-way influence between crypto and game theory (rational secret sharing, etc.). (AGT ch. 8)
Where cryptography’s “ideal functionality” meets game theory’s “equilibrium”: how MPC’s adversarial guarantees differ from a Nash equilibrium’s incentive guarantees, and results in both directions — cryptography borrowing game-theoretic rationality assumptions (rational secret sharing) and game theory borrowing cryptographic tools (commitment, correlated-equilibrium implementation).
